UK Consumers:

  • Standard Recorded Delivery is £4.99

Delivery lead time is estimated 3 - 5 working days.

  • Express Next Day (Tracked) is £6.49

Order before 2pm for 1 - 2 working days delivery to most of the UK*. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday (next working day). Requires signature.

Shipments will be dispatched via Royal Mail, DHL or DPD. The service will be selected depending on the delivery location.

* Express delivery may exclude the Channel Islands, Herm Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Irish postcodes BT18 & upwards, Sark, Scottish borders and offshore and a small number of remote mainland destinations as determined by our delivery courier. 


Europe Consumers:

  • Standard Recorded Delivery is £20.

Delivery lead time is estimated 7-10 working days.


International Consumers:

  • Standard delivery is £25.00.

Delivery lead time is estimated 10-15 working days.

This applies to items purchased from, all returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you receive your order and it was damaged or the wrong product was sent by us, within 14 days of the date you received the item, return it unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Be advised, our policy does not include free returns unless the item is deemed faulty or an incorrect product has been dispatched.

Returning items to us under this policy is simple. Carefully follow the instructions outlined in the section below.

How to return an item you have ordered?

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation like reason for returning products, Order details etc.

How long does it take to get refund?

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Generally credit refunds are processed within 5-7 days but may take up to 30 days for the credit to show up on your account depending on your financial institution.
