Shipping and Returns

At HealthAid® we understand that the cost of the overall purchase has an impact on your purchasing decision, so we try to ensure your delivery cost is as economical as possible. This is why we have introduced free delivery on orders over £30 (to the UK mainland only).

 

UK Consumers:

  • Standard Recorded Delivery is £4.99

Delivery lead time is estimated 3 - 5 working days.

  • Express Next Day (Tracked) is £6.49

Order before 2pm for 1 - 2 working days delivery to most of the UK*. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday (next working day). Requires signature.

Shipments will be dispatched via Royal Mail, DHL or DPD. The service will be selected depending on the delivery location.

* Express delivery may exclude the Channel Islands, Herm Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Irish postcodes BT18 & upwards, Sark, Scottish borders and offshore and a small number of remote mainland destinations as determined by our delivery courier. 

 

Europe Consumers:

  • Standard Recorded Delivery is £20.
Delivery lead time is estimated 7-10 working days.

     

    International Consumers:

    • Standard delivery is £25.00.

    Delivery lead time is estimated 10-15 working days.

    • We'll send you an email to confirm once your parcel has been dispatched.

    • Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched on the same working day.
    • Delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland has a fixed price, regardless of the size and weight of your order.

    Returns and Refunds

    This applies to items purchased from HealthAid.co.uk, all returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. If you receive your order and it was damaged or the wrong product was sent by us, within 14 days of the date you received the item, return it unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

    Returning items to us under this policy is simple. Carefully follow the instructions outlined in the section below.

    How to return an item you have ordered?

    Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation like reason for returning products, Order details etc.

    For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

    Please note that these delivery times are estimated and may vary from country to country.

    Any customs fees or additional duties due will be paid by the customer. HealthAid® will not be held liable for any customs charges, fees or other additional delivery charges.
