Vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis, homocysteine, protein and glycogen metabolism, normal function of the immune system and the regulation of hormonal activity.

I have been taking other brands but I think these are much better very light on the stomach but the best part is they are smaller tablets so easy to swallow and no after taste in your mouth.

I was disappointed on finding out that the total amount of mg in this product is only 150mg and so even if i take 2 a day, I wont be getting 400mg daily which i was advised to take for migraines.
I am using this product to help me to sleep. Good product I would recommend it to anyone.
