Beta Carotene Capsules

We’ve all heard how carrots are good for your eyesight, but how? All because of a special Phyto-nutrient called Beta-Carotene, which is abundant in certain fruits and vegetables. Yellow and orange fruits and vegetables get their colour because of their Beta-Carotene content. It is important to incorporate foods with different colours onto our diet. The body converts Beta Carotene into Vitamin A, which contributes to the maintenance of good eyesight, a healthy immune system and normal metabolism. 

Beta Carotene is a safe and effective way of taking Vitamin A, as the body only converts the required amount into Vitamin A. HealthAid® has created a mixed Carotenoid capsule for your body to convert into its own Vitamin A to use as it needs, without the risk of excess Vitamin A ingestion. HealthAid® Beta Carotene Capsules contain natural Beta Carotene derived from the sea plant Dunaliecia Salina, found in the unpolluted lake of Whyalla in South Australia. 

Bulking Agent (soybean oil), Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerol, purified water), natural colours (red iron oxide)], Betatene (mixed carotenoids)).

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily. Can be increased up to two capsules daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

Free from yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy, salt, artificial colours, preservatives, and flavourings.
