A-Z Multivit contains essential Vitamins, Minerals and Trace Elements including Vitamin A, C, D and Zinc which contribute to normal function of the immune system. Magnesium and B Vitamins contribute to normal function of the nervous system, fat and sugar metabolism, as well as reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
