Account Management

Click the Login link at the top of the page in left page. Then simple follow the prompts to complete your account setup. you information is NEVER sold to any other company and kept completely private.

If you have forgotten your password, you can simply send us reset request by clicking on link says "forgotten your password". You will be asked to enter your email address which been used at time of registration. Ones we will receive all information, we will send you instruction to rest your password to your registered email address.

Returns

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Generally credit refunds are processed within 5-7 days but may take up to 30 days for the credit to show up on your account depending on your financial institution.
