Job Title: Sales Administrator/ Customer Services
Start Date: Immediate
We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator/ Customer Services to provide full customer services support to our Sales Team and UK customers.
- The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Processing orders and credits
- Communicating with our retailers/distributors/sales force (and the general public) in order to manage their queries and issues.
- Providing an outstanding service to our growing base of clients and web customers.
- Producing reports for management
- A level (or equivalent) qualified in Mathematics
- Previous customer services experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client relationship skills
- Prepared to work hard to meet customers’ needs
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
