Magnesium & Calcium Tablets

Magnesium is an essential nutrient necessary for the optimal functioning of the nervous system, muscle function, strong bones and strong teeth, normal energy-yielding metabolism, protein synthesis and electrolyte balance. Magnesium also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal psychological function. Magnesium’s role in contributing to normal muscle function may help with restful and rejuvenating sleep. 

Calcium is also an essential nutrient that contributes to normal neurotransmission, normal energy-yielding metabolism, maintenance of normal bones, collagen formation, normal blood clotting and normal muscle function. It also plays a role in cell division and specialisation.  

HealthAid Magnesium and Calcium is fortified with Vitamin C to ensure optimum absorption and utilisation of Magnesium and Calcium. 

Calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium citrate/malate, calcium gluconate), Magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium gluconate), Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin), Stabiliser (croscarmellose sodium), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Anti-caking Agent (veg. stearic acid, veg. magnesium stearate, silicone dioxide), Glazing Agent (calcium carbonate, HPMC, isomalt, medium chained triglycerides).

Adults and children over 12 years of age, three tablets daily, preferably with breakfast. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

Free from yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy, sugar, salt, artificial colours, preservatives, and flavourings.
