Job Title: PA to the Managing Director & Office Administrator

 

Hours:  9am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

These times must be considered flexible in accordance with the needs of the business.

 

Reporting to: Managing Director

Responsible for:

Providing day to day secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Directors, Marketing department and Sales team.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • PA and secretarial support to the Managing Directors.
  • Provide ongoing, daily administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Correspondence, letters, faxes and communications.
  • Booking appointments and diary management
  • Various ad hoc duties when requested


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Experience with a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well spoken and written English
  • Ability to multitask, judge, organise, work well under pressure
  • Ability to work well amongst a team
  • IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
