Directions For Using Chasteberry, Motherwort, Black Cohosh, Sage, Chinese Angelica, Bladderwrack & Liquorice Root Liquid 50ml (Menopause Formula) ;
Shake well before use. Take 20-30 drops (1mL) in small amount of warm water. Can be taken up to twice daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
