Returns & Refunds

This applies to items purchased from HealthAid.co.uk

If you receive your order and it was damaged or the wrong product was sent by us 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Returning items to us under this policy is simple. Carefully follow the instructions outlined in section below.

How to return an item you have ordered?

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation like reason for returing products,Order details etc.
