Account Management

Click the Account button on the top right of the home page. Click the “Sign Up” button and enter your details to complete your account setup. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.

If you have forgotten your password, you can simply click "forgotten your password" on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address which was used at the time of registration. Then we will send you an email to reset your password.

HealthAid.co.uk offers the following variety of payment methods:

  • PayPal 
  • Credit or Debit Cards (via Rapyd Payments)

** Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

 

Returns

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Generally credit refunds are processed within 5-7 days but may take up to 30 days for the credit to show up on your account depending on your financial institution.
