Job Description :

We are currently looking for a Customer Relations Assistant to provide full customer services support to our UK customers. The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Processing orders and credits
  • Producing reports for management
  • Communicating with our retailers/distributors/sales force (and the general public) in order to manage their queries and issues
  • Providing an outstanding service to our growing base of clients and web customers

Qualifications / Experience :


  • A level (or equivalent) qualified in Mathematics
  • Previous customer services experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Prepared to work hard to meet customers’ needs
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Able to work as part of a team

Job Description :

We are currently looking for candidates with a background in nutrition / passion for nutrition to join the product development team at our London based head office. Tasks will include: planning and execution of the NPD cycle; writing and editing marketing material; creative input in package design; aswell as nutrition customer support. Qualifications :

Job Description :

We are currently looking for candidates to join the Quality Assurance and Regulatory team at our London based head office. Tasks will include:

  •  Preparation of  new regulatory submissions and maintenance of existing registrations
  • To ensure that quality standards are met on incoming raw materials
  • To ensure that production staff understand their role in maintaining quality standards
  • To ensure that quality standards are met when products are packed
  • Management of any quality issues from suppliers/customers
  • Preparation of S.O.P. for all quality control procedures
  • Maintenance and upgrade of S.O.P. as required.
  • Preparation of Product Licence Application Registration files for submission to MHRA for Product Licence.
  • In charge of full quality control procedures and supervision of the packaging department.

Qualifications :

  • Science related degree and 1-2 years experience of regulatory affairs in either the pharmaceutical or nutritional supplements sectors.
  • Good attention to detail and time management; strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent IT skills.
  • Experience of quality control

Experience :

We are currently looking for an Export Coordinator to provide full customer services support to our export customers. The role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming telephone calls, emails, faxes and letters concerning order processing, sample requests, brochure requests and further product information
  • Managing the full order process and liaise with production departments as necessary
  • Liaising with international clients, freight agents and packing staff
  • Product invoicing
  • Arranging Export freight and paperwork
  •     

Qualifications :

  • A level (or equivalent) qualified in Mathematics
  • Previous business telephone/call centre customer services experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Prepared to work hard to meet customers’ needs
  • Able to work well under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Able to expedite shipments
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of IPR and Customs and Excise Regulations
  • Experience with Certificate of Origin, AWB and BL's
